Thank you! I wasn't 100% sure exactly what needed to be modified for the label. I presume the changes to plugin.log are not directly related to the labels so aren't something I need to think about for anything similar in the future

Yes, there's extra work needed to deploy the changes to this repository. Mainly generating new configuration, pushing updated remoting image to docker hub and also reloading Jenkins configuration.
