AFAICT, this has to do with changes at https://github.com/eclipse-cbi/org.eclipse.cbi/blame/main/build.sh#L60 from https://github.com/eclipse-cbi/org.eclipse.cbi/commit/f63670e09182f7527b4810026f38e141cd7da9c8
