Bump version number #231

@thegecko the build publishes automatically to NPM. With the significant change for #227 bump the version number to be able to more easily distinguish versions.

Thanks. I see 0.0.15 is the latest npm release over a year go. Are there plans to release 0.0.17?

There wasn't, but now that you asked, sure. I'll do that later today (now if I can remember how, or later if I have to remind myself). For the record, it isn't a "release" in Eclipse EDP terminology, just an update to a latest preview/pre-release.
