What does this PR do?

Update Ubuntu to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver).

Previous behavior

Previous Ubuntu version was Ubuntu LTS 16.04.

New behavior

New Ubuntu version is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver).

Tests written?

Docs updated?

Could someone other open and merge new pull request. I currently can't pass Eclipse validation and I deleted source repository for this pull request so I can't edit it.
