git set your username/email config warning action not helpful #15720

when starting on a fresh workspace che.openshift.io git username and email not set despite I just logged into github and a developer account and you have all the details.

But then when clicking on it to see what it is about the preferences are opened with no info/context on what the user are supposed to do.

Could it navigate to the relevant section and prefill the fields to get started ? even better not ask as you already have the info ?
