allow automounting of dotfiles repo #17847

when open a project it would be awesome if your own dotfiles repo would be consulted during setup. basically if present, mount it into the container, symbolic link all . files and look for i.e. setup.sh or similar to allow for further customization.

This when done in codespaces makes the web experience out of the box feel like home.

+1. I think this would be pretty useful as well, and could function like mounting a secret as a file into a workspace container
