Intercept `Ctrl + W` so we can close a IDE tab instead of the browser tab #22825

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

Having an Eclipse Che open in the browser with a couple of IDE tabs open, I can't close them using the Ctrl + W shortcut because the browser tab gets closed instead.

Describe the solution you'd like

Being able to close IDE tabs instead of browser ones.

Ideally, if we could close the IDE tabs first, and then when there are no more IDE tabs, we can close the IDE tab.
