Starting from 7.93.0-next-be04ded version, devworkspace-generator library doesn't require link to the plugin registry and editors' entry as a parameter.

• Upgrade version of devworkspace-generator lib
• Remove pluginRegistryUrl and editorEntry https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-dashboard/blob/ee53494c3e3d01fa6d45175d3c612fb125fead99/packages/dashboard-backend/src/routes/api/devworkspaceResources.ts#L40-L41
