How does this relates to Corrosion? If it relates what are the exact steps to reproduce?

Still I don't see any relation with Eclipse Corrosion (aka Eclipse Rust IDE) . Have you installed https://download.eclipse.org/corrosion/releases/1.2.4/products/ ?

Where exactly did you get your Eclipse product downloaded/installed from?

As I haven't seen any clear explanation how this Spring IDE installation error relates to Corrosion I'm closing this one. Please reopen when you can share exact details how to reproduce the issue.
