Dash-licences probably needs to migrate to the Jakarta-inject/EE annotations: https://github.com/google/guice/wiki/Guice700#jee-jakarta-transition

Btw. is there a test pipeline that can run automatically for a PR? Besides the maven build I think about a pipeline that also uses the changed Plugin for example for the Eclipse-Platform builds (or other builds that are known to be difficult). This way regression could be found before a change is submitted? E.g. Tycho does that with the Platform build.
