Registration Service Repository has changed

Description

Registration Service repo hes changed and it goes in conflict with refresh catalog extension

Expected Behavior

Code fits the Registration Service Repo updates

Observed Behavior

Error in refresh catalog extension depending on Registration Service when trying to execute system-tests example

Steps to Reproduce

Build of gradle -x test fails in refresh catalog

Detailed Description

Update Registration Services commands

The main branch has been set to a fixed EDC version in #134, therefore build and tests now run successfully. RegistrationService updates have been applied on the develop branch in #135
