Publishing assets using default policy "eu-restricted-policy" cannot be found by three companies #271

I encountered an issue running locally： Run "Minimum Viable Dataspace" locally, with all other features improved. Using "no restriction policy" to publish assets can be discovered by three companies, but using "eu restricted policy" cannot find any company. However, the published company can be seen in "Contract Definitions",The branch of "EDC Data Dashboard" is "main" If could give me some help, I would be extremely grateful！
