feat: embed STS in IdentityHub #340

What this PR changes/adds

directly embeds the STS in IdentityHub (K8S deployment) and adds config for remote calls

Why it does that

this is the recommended deployment topology

Further notes

this is only available for K8S deployment, the IntelliJ run config remains unchanged.
performs some minor cleanup
uses built-in K8s probes instead of invoking curl
