Migrate docs to a collaborative solution #70

The "docs" folder contains a PDF with quite historic documentation. Unless this is a legacy project for historic purposes only, the documentation should live and be easy to contribute to. Either by using GitHubs own MarkDown, AsciiDoc, GitBook or a similar technique.

Looks like ee4j-website is already using AsiiDoc (adoc) format, I am working converting PDF into an adoc now. I will send a pull request soon.

GitBook has issues linking pages which are not in table of contents.
