Tested this way:

$ wget https://jakarta.ee/xml/ns/jakartaee/jakartaee_9.xsd
$ wget https://jakarta.ee/xml/ns/jakartaee/jakartaee_web_services_client_2_0.xsd
$ xmlstarlet val -e -s connector_2_0.xsd src/descriptors/ra.xml 
src/descriptors/ra.xml - valid
