Review Felix-related values in all manifests #1064

In #1030 , #1058 , #894 were reported missing Export-Package values. We should review all modules as I can see more with the same issue:

hk2-configuration-integration
hk2-configuration-hub
hk2-jmx-api
hk2-json
hk2-pbuf
hk2-property-file
hk2-xml
spring-bridge

Some modules seem incorrect to me:

hk2-runlevel - refers JUnit in exports, that should not be required as it is just a test dependency.
osgi-adapter refers to a package which doesn't exist: org.jvnet.hk2.component

Also Felix plugin should use always the same pattern.
