Updates osgi.enterprise to 7.0.0.

Made to master branch for now, but I maintain that the master branch should have a version of 3.1.x now, not 3.0.x. Very few of the changes that have gone into the master branch I would personally classify as "patch updates". See: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/glassfish-hk2/issues/888
