Can't deploy application if admin server is run in secure mode

If the admin server is started in secure mode there is no way to deployed an application to the appserver.

The glassfish-samples infrastructure needs to add a flag to the build.properties file to indicate whether the --secure option has to be added to the asadmin commands or not.
