Fixed version number - last released was 3.0.1 #165

Fixed version number; there is more work required, those will follow in following PRs.

The 3.0.1 branch contains broken version number, damn it, let's continue with master.

I created also a milestone 3.1.0 as it is clear that there have to be more changes - tests are failing with JDK17 because of JPMS and reflection, Glassfish with the new Grizzly complains that there are missing classes, loaded from this library, etc., I did not finish the analysis yet.
