Health Monitor's getState returns state of members as DEAD if health messages have not yet started #30

Closed glassfishrobot closed 14 years ago

glassfishrobot commented 16 years ago

getState in HealthMonitor needs to make appropriate assumptions regarding members who are in clusterViewManager but not yet sent out a health message. Although this is a small window of time, members state is shown as DEAD at this time. This happens even for local peer's getState call. Fix is understood.
