Letters are accepted as ssh port number when creating a node on localhost #15765

User can enter letters for SSH port number on Create Node screen, when creating a node on localhost. However, user can successfully create and start an instance on a localhost node that has letters specified for SSH port number. Proper error is displayed when host is remote, hence this is a minor issue. Edit node screen also accepts letters for SSH port number when node host is localhost.
