The JBI screens have been updated with feedback from the 12/7/06 review (and from the 1/9/07 UIRB review).
Flatter tree. More consistent naming. Beter root page links.

This issue is to track the cluster-profile changes requested by human factors. This is related to CR 6502562 which fixed the developer-profile screens.
1. the navigation between different JBI tables on the Cluster and Stand-Alone Instances "Integrations" tab should change from a dropDown to 2nd level subtabs. 2. the install/deploy button should be labeled correctly for the type of JBI artifact (SA's are deployed, BCs, SEs, and SLs, are installed). This button should bring up the correct install/deploy screen. Canceling or finishing that screen should return to the starting Cluster or Stand-Alone Instance screen. 3. the Remove button should prompt and then remove selected rows 4. the Enable/Disable buttons should be removed from the SL subtab view 5. the Enable button should start the selected (SA, BC, or SE) rows 6. the Disable button should stop and then shutdown the selected rows
