Interested readers may review the site content from my personal test site (differs from the comparison repository due to lack of this css existing yet under eclipse-ee4j.github.io/grizzly site.
When built, this is a relatively faithful replication of the original Grizzly site. I omitted the "who is using" pages since those likely no longer apply. All the material is updated for Eclipse and based at Grizzly 2.4.4.
Once this PR is approved, I will file an ticket for Eclipse admins to enable gh-pages for these contents to be made available at eclipse-ee4j.github.io/grizzly. I will also ask that they update the repository meta data to include this link at the top repository page.
