References in tutorial point to old links or versions #11

The links to download glassfish, and netbeans are outdated

There's a bunch of links and other stuff that will need to be updated for the Jakarta EE 8 release. I'm looking forward to a PR to fix them all! :-)

At least one was proposed for Netbeans with https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-firstcup/pull/12 but the new link is not the actual download link, so a more precise PR might help.
