Updating the firstcup architecture image with the Jarkarta EE name and color branding #17

So guys, in the image we have "Java EE" written, noting that the team has replaced the word "Java EE" by "Jakarta EE", I took the liberty of creating a new image of the architecture with this replacement in addition to using the predominant colors of the Eclipse Foundation projects.
