Chage the old Java EE terms for the new Jakarta EE terms #19

As observed for @arjantijms at pull request eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-firstcup#17 we have new terms for Java EE Ecosystem. https://blogs.oracle.com/javamagazine/transition-from-java-ee-to-jakarta-ee

So we have to change this tutorial to the new terms.
