Reviewing the application of the new Jakarta EE terms. This doesn't close but contributes with #199

ps: I'm leaving it as a draft so the task progress can be tracked and errors and suggestions can be reviewed earlier

At this chapter we have just minors adjustments relative to the new project "owners" Apache NetBeans and Eclipse Glassfish
