[CTS] jaxrpc-impl.jar is missing schema files #82

they were removed in #79 and #80 (etc/schemas folder) but should have been included as resources under 'com/sun/xml/rpc/processor/modeler/j2ee/xml' folder in jaxrpc-impl project instead; they're being used by the code in EntityResolverRI
