The ArtifactIds in Maven Central are not consistent.
The ArtifactId for the api is "jakarta.xml.registry-api" but the ArtifactId for the parent is "xml.registry-api-parent". I suspect that "jakarta" should be added to the parent. Perhaps "registry" should also be changed to "registries" in both.
