[hudson] Setup hundson nodes #2277

0) migrate installation scripts Using scripts configure the following:

update software (jdk 6/7, maven)
Install additional two hudson slaves.
Make all nodes available for releases

There is only one server (marek's) that has label 'jersey2-build' and can perform git push to java.net.

It would be nice to have 2 or 3 hudson nodes with mentioned label to run 'push' jobs paralel. Or dedicate marek's server to not execute any other type of jobs - whenever it runs 'jerseyrobot' job there is not server to run 'jersey2-build' job.
