[test-time 0.1]: MockLifecycle: add phaselistener support

Writing a unit-test for phaselisteners at this moment means replacing the class MockLifecycle. all PL-related methods just "throw new UnsupportedOperationException();". The same applies to the execute and render-methods.

It would be great to be able to

• tell the Mock-class how much time each phase "should take at least"
• tell the lifecycle to do
• a full run
• simulate a GET-call (just to restoreView and renderResponse)
• simulate converter- or validator-exception processing
• simulate the two calls from a portal container (means: start a processing lifecycle, and later start a rendering lifecycle)
• simulate a navigation-action (change the view-id at the appropriate phases)
