Though the MQ_DIR/mq/lib/help/Master_zh_TW.hs encoding looks to be in Big5. I.e. after changing MQ_DIR/mq/lib/help/Master_zh_TW.hs to be: <?xml version='1.0' encoding='Big5'?>
The admin console will display correctly when locale is set to zh_TW.utf8

1 year ago This project does not deliver mq/lib/help/Master_zh_TW.hs.
I see it was included in
but localized help does not seem to be donated to EF. We are in no position to fix it here.
1. Start admin console of MQ5; 2. Click Help -> Overview, and then Message Queue Administration Console Help window pops up. But the title shows in disorderly font in zh_TW; 3. Check MQ_DIR/mq/lib/help/Master_zh_TW.hs, Chinese character for "Administration Console Help" and "Table of Contents" can't be displayed correctly. In this file encoding='EUC-TW', is it properly to set encoding as EUC-TW? Should it be UTF-8 or zh_TW.big5 ?
