imq* scripts that are built on Windows throw error on unix platform. #305

Steps to reproduce the problem

Download MQ RI src bundle. Build it on Windows according to the README instructions. cp the mq5_0.zip binary bundle on to solaris and unzip it. Run any imq* command from mq/bin Commands work fine but it throws the following error at the beginning.

i.e. ./imqcmd: syntax error at line 4: `(' unexpected

@glassfishrobot Commented @jill-sato said: mq/etc/imqenv.conf is platform specific (unix or windows) so a windows build will only run on windows. Already documented in the README.
