Bug 162 - StarterServletTest does not run on Windows #163

Use separator from File to distinguish between Windows and Linux paths

Hi @geziefer , thanks for your contribution :)

The code seems pretty straightforward to me so although i dont have a windows VM available to test it, i'll merge rigth away.

Also, the error you see in one of the runs is unrelated to your code so i'll create a ticket for that and also on more to add a windows VM to our workflows se we can avoid errors like this one in the future.
