More robust nightly build

Right now the project has a very simple nightly build: https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/starter/blob/master/.github/workflows/nightly.yml.

The build needs to be enhanced at the bare minimum to the following:

Test all cases, negative and positive
Test at least the Maven build for the generated project
Test the Docker build for the generated project

Later on, the following could be added:

Test the running generated project via Maven (e.g. call the REST endpoint)
Test the running generated project via Docker
Test the Starter UI (maybe via Playwright)
