#190: move explanations to selections #206

I deleted the wall of text at the beginning and moved all known selection dependencies to each of the selections leaving only a short note at the top. Each dependency was described from the point of view of the selection.

Additionally, I deleted the unused 4th column of the grid in the hope that I haven't overlooked something.

Oh, some other change which introduced templating, came in between, I'l have a look....

I'll do another PR since it had to be redone to incorporate templating which was done in the meantime
