Oomph setup needs updated URLs #7

Description

With the recent move of the repositories, we also need to adapt the Oomph setup. It will continue to work as long as the eclipse gerrit is alive, but with content from before the move. There are least 2 places to adapt: The oomph redirection instruction and the repository locations. Should both point to gerrithub, or is the redirection eventually better done via the (mirrored) github URL? The repository URLs in the setup currently use some of the predefined Oomph variables for allowing cloning from different locations and via different URLs. I have no idea how gerrithub fits into that, therefore I would suggest hardcoding the full URI to gerrithub there, instead of using the variables.

Would be nice if gerrithub could set a tag, add a comment or similar to eventually point back automatically to changes being tracked there, relating to an issue here.

Yep, that would be useful. Like the old Eclipse Genie.
