Switch to the "pomless" layout #384

Please create a ticket(s) with maven issues you have and I'll take a look. I would recommend to switch to the "pomless" layout like here.

@ruspl-afed, Alexander, you suggested to switch to pomless layout, and provided a link, but I could not figure out exactly what the required changes are.

Could you give me some clues? If the changes are not very complicated, perhaps we can include them in the initial 5.1.1 release.

If you are mostly ready to declare 5.1.1 I would suggest to postpone this one - as this is not a cosmetic change and may require some time to be introduced. If you have a number of things to do before the release anyway - I can try to help with this one.

In this case I'll freeze 5.1.1 and work on the EPP config to create the new packages.
