Change the update url to 'neon-v6' #429

Since the new v6.x is a major release and might introduce unwanted behaviour, change the updates/neon url to updates/neon-v6.

Remove the reference to neon and shorten the URL to .../v6/.

This also allows to bump the minimum up from neon to whatever is possible.
