With Java 5 EOF since 2015-04-15 and with ECJ dropping support for Java 5 EMF should upgrade all bundles to Java 8 #32

FYI, I'm holding off providing this in a published build until closer to the release next Wednesday to avoid someone picking up this version too early...

Okay, it's available as a milestone and has been contributed to the Platform.
