Apply EMF.cloud codestyle configuration

Since this project is now part of EMF.cloud it should also use and conform to the common codestyle/checkstyle configuration. This means should setup

Checkstyle with the EMF.cloud config for the maven build and the Eclipse CS plugin
Apply the project specific settings to the emfjson-jackson project (Java Formatter, Import Organize & Cleanup Profile)
Fix copyright headers to conform to expected standard format
