Add a new testcase for local permutation counts #606

Currently Equinox is lacking some more complex testcases that include use-constraint violations that asserts the actual computational complexity.

This adds a new testcase that should act as a starting point to improve the performance, it contains 11 bundles and currently results in 52 permutations and 23 substitution permutations performed.
