[BUG] References to SAMM units can not be opened

How: List of performed steps

• Load/create a model that has a references to SAMM unit (e.g. Movement)
• Double-click a Measurement to open its "Edit element" page (e.g. Coordinate)
• In the "outgoing edges", click the "open element in new window" button

What: Actual result vs expected result Expected: The unit definition is opened in a new window Actual: A popup appears "undefined could not be opened."

Units are only given as a reference which is why they cannot be opened inside AME (that's a bug). For fixing it in a helpful way, let the go to button (not the locate) point to the unit definition in the SAMM specification appendix: e.g. https://eclipse-esmf.github.io/samm-specification/snapshot/appendix/unitcatalog.html#unit-kiloamperePerSquareMetre where unit:kiloamperePerSquareMetre is the unit reference and replacing : with # gives the anchor url
