[Task] Settings Namespaces or: new aspect model in new namespace

Is your task related to a problem? Please describe. As a modeller I would like to create a new aspect model in a new namespace.

1. I would go to Settings and change the namespace
2. I wold Create a new aspect model via File/New

Current Behavior:

• the namespace of the last opened aspect model will be used
• my namespace setting are overwritten

Current work-Around:

• edit a new model outside of the editor, at least w.r.t. namespaces to be used in the model
• load it into the editor

Describe the solution you'd like

• enable defining new namespaces in the edtior
• enable changing the namespace after creation of new model (by moving or explicitly editing it)
