As a windows user of AME I want that AME is a certified application so that I

can install it without admin rights
trust it completely
(requires follow-up issues) can have my workspace/multiple workspaces in arbitrary folders as requested in https://github.com/eclipse-esmf/esmf-aspect-model-editor/issues/62
