Since the ontology is no part of the OMP/SDS any more but of the EMSF project, the necessary updates need to be done.

Update the README and other project files, such as CONTRIBUTING.md
Update the namespaces/URIs
Document how this update affects users (i.e., does it imply a new ontology version; how should users migrate, etc.)
