[Task] Update SDK documentation #17

The documentation still contains references to the Open Manufacturing Platform and the installation guide needs to be updated. It seems that the mentioned packages sds-bamm-aspect-meta-model / bamm-aspect-meta-model got renamed to esmf-aspect-model-loader (cf. PyPI).

Main issue seems to be that there are two links (master and main) and default is pointing to OMP (master):

The renaming of OMP to Eclipse and bamm to samm is resolved and released on esmf-sdk-py-aspect-model-loader v2.1.0.
