All other SAMM changes shall be screened for relevance and whether they conclude a backwards incompatility. If not, the new release shall be made as SAMM 2.1.0.

SAMM 2.1.0 shall be released in order to allow the issue 161 to be used by modelers. Meaning that AbstractEntities can reuse the same Properties (which is conceptually required to make element reuse in certain modeling situations), see https://github.com/eclipse-esmf/esmf-semantic-aspect-meta-model/pull/217 https://github.com/eclipse-esmf/esmf-semantic-aspect-meta-model/issues/161
