Check version when app connects to RouDi #228

As a developer who has to less time. I want to ensure the customer is building the apps and RouDi with the same versions e.g. cant use different mixed builds so that the customer gets a warning and the apps cant be started without further actions, unlike it segFaults randomly and we get a bug ticket.

Check build version from RouDi against the apps ones
over-writeable with a RouDi startup parameter via console

goal:

Apps dont startup when build with different version then RouDi
