Required information

Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Compiler version: GCC 7.4.0

Observed result or behaviour: When using iceoryx together with rmw_iceoryx, we get an invalid response when creating a runnable

Expected result or behaviour: runnables can be created without error

Conditions where it occurred / Performed steps: Use latest master from iceoryx and rmw_iceoryx
